Delivery & Return Policy – MZ Furniture

At MZ Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality furniture while ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Your feedback and experience with our products matter to us.

Returns for Standard Items

Most of our furniture is made-to-order. As such, we’ve created a return policy that supports you as our valued customer while protecting our manufacturing partners.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping fees apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations (Before Delivery)

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it online. After this period, orders may enter production or preparation for delivery and are no longer eligible for a standard cancellation.

Post-Delivery Returns and Scenarios

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. However, if more than 14 days have passed, we cannot process a refund or exchange unless the item is under warranty. Return delivery charges will apply.


Incorrect Product Received

If your item does not match the product description or specification listed on our site, you may file a return request. Upon inspection:

  • If verified, a full refund or exchange will be offered.

  • If not verified, only an exchange may be allowed.


Damaged Products

In case of damaged or malfunctioning items:

  • You may request a replacement or refund via our support team.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either process the refund or dispatch a replacement based on the severity of the damage.


Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time, delays may happen due to high demand or logistics issues. Standard delivery is expected within 15 working days. If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, you may request a cancellation and full refund.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind:

  • Within 24 hours of order: Full refund.

  • After 24 hours: Refund in the form of store credit only.


Item Doesn’t Fit

Please double-check all dimensions before placing your order. If a product doesn’t fit in your space, it can only be returned for store credit, and return shipping will be at your expense.


Customized Orders

Customized furniture is made specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded. Please confirm your requirements carefully before placing an order.

However, if your custom item arrives damaged or defective, we will:

  • Arrange an exchange.

  • Schedule a pickup and redelivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bedding, rugs, or carpets

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products

Refunds

Once a returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser directly.
